REPORTING SUBTITLING ERRORS

NADP members are reporting increasing issues with the quality of subtitles on TV particularly those for live television programs.

Please can we ask all members and non members to keep an eye on subtitles over the Christmas period and report back to us on any problems you face. We can then use this information to reinforce our requests for improvements.

To ease this reporting we have put together some common issues along with a format for reporting to capture key information and minimise your thinking time. Ideally if you can record an offending program please do. For help email [email protected]
